Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions

NECTARLAB AMBASSADOR PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

NectarLab LLC (“NectarLab,” “we,” “us”) operates an Ambassador Program that allows approved content creators and influencers (“Ambassador,” “you”) to earn commissions by promoting NectarLab products to their audience.

2. ELIGIBILITY & APPROVAL

Participation is by invitation or application only. NectarLab reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke ambassador status at its sole discretion.

3. COMMISSION & DISCOUNT STRUCTURE

  • Ambassador Commission: 10% of net sales generated through your unique affiliate link or discount code.
  • Customer Discount: Your audience receives 10% off their order when using your unique code.
  • Commissions are calculated on the net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds).
  • Commissions on returned or refunded orders will be reversed.

4. ATTRIBUTION & TRACKING

  • Sales are tracked via your unique affiliate link and/or discount code provided by NectarLab.
  • Attribution window: 30 days from the customer’s last click on your affiliate link.
  • NectarLab is not responsible for untracked sales resulting from ad blockers, browser settings, or improper link usage.

5. PAYOUT SCHEDULE

  • Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, typically within 15 days after the close of each calendar month.
  • A minimum payout threshold of $25 applies. Balances below this amount roll over to the following month.
  • Payment method will be confirmed upon onboarding.

6. CONTENT & PROMOTION GUIDELINES

Ambassadors agree to:

  • Only promote NectarLab products honestly and accurately.
  • Comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing the affiliate relationship using #ad, #sponsored, or equivalent language in all promotional content.
  • Use only approved brand assets, imagery, and claims provided by NectarLab.
  • Not make unsubstantiated health or medical claims about any NectarLab products.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Ambassadors may NOT:

  • Bid on NectarLab branded keywords in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Post affiliate links or codes on coupon, cashback, or deal aggregator sites without prior written approval.
  • Misrepresent NectarLab products, pricing, or availability.
  • Share, sell, or transfer their affiliate link or discount code to third parties.
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any deceptive marketing practices.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

NectarLab retains all rights to its brand, trademarks, and product imagery. Ambassadors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved NectarLab assets solely for the purpose of promoting the program.

9. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the ambassador relationship at any time with written notice. NectarLab reserves the right to immediately terminate and withhold pending commissions in cases of fraud, policy violations, or conduct deemed harmful to the NectarLab brand.

10. MODIFICATIONS

NectarLab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
